2018 Publisher's Invitational to Canadian Rockies. Day 4; The weather had been predicted to be in the 50's but this region of Alberta Canada had a historical early snowfall. This did not stop me from painting en plein aire. Geared with ski wear and warmers, I trekked about finding places that inspired me. This is a park trail I found close by our lodge. Some sun this day so the shadows are quite beautiful. This was the 2nd painting of the day.
