I met Charles and Clinton in 2014 on the Christmas Market Viking River Cruise/Danube. We are still friends on Facebook and have kept up with each other thru the years. They have a beautiful home, pool and gardens in Georgia where the greens are vivid and the flowers grow abundantly. Clinton especially loves some of my Hydrangea still-lifes and commission a painting. He showed me a few images of some of the vases they have collected, so I decided to incorporate one they got in San Francisco. I have to say, it is truly one of my favorite still-lifes.
Look closely and you'll find the "heart"…meant for the love these two share.
