My husband and I had planned on being in Russia for three weeks on an invitational plein air painting trip with the Publisher of Plein Air Magazine, Eric Rhoads. Due to the state of affairs and Covid, we canceled. However, since wanting to get some plein air painting in, we decided to go to Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and to the New York Adirondacks for Fall Color.
During my stay in Tupper Lakes, this was a spot that we found and I just had to paint it. We spent 1/2 a day there and even had a picnic. No one there but us. I call this my secret place.
