This week I helped a lady who wants to paint. She has an art degree but was never able to paint. I spent a lot of time mentoring her to help her. During my discussion about my love of still life's, I decided to set one up. I always love painting copper and items in my home…and I love to cook, so this setup was a natural for me. After painting it, I have to say, the painting is much more fun to look at than the scene, itself, was.
