Frisco City Hall/Art in the Atrium

Frisco City Hall Atrium with Mayor

Frisco City Hall Atrium with Mayor, Maher Maso

This is a special week…but yesterday, May 4, 2015, was even more of a special day.  Three of my oil paintings began their six month exhibit at the Frisco City Hall Atrium.  The one you see here, is called Mother of Pearls and hangs on the 5th floor at the door of Mayor’s office (Maher Maso).  He is the one in the image with me.

My other two are on the first floor…one at the elevator shaft and the other by the Utility Bills Office.  I am very happy to have such good exposure and want to thank the City of Frisco Public Art Board for accepting me into their Atrium.

On Thursday, I have a reception at Collin College for the Plano 125 Art Show.  I was juried into the exhibit and they will be giving a reception for the artists.  I will report on that next week…so one more LAST bit of GOOD news…I have my venue for the solo art exhibit and sale confirmed!  The Frisco Discovery Art Center has agreed to host my event.  It will be on Saturday, November 28, 2015 and I will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Children’s Advocacy of Collin County.  Mark your calendar…
